FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is Tumble?

Tumble is a daily synbiotic combining live bacteria, prebiotic fibres, digestive enzymes, vitamins and minerals - designed as one coordinated four-layer system rather than multiple disconnected supplements, which often do not account for interaction and absorption when combined.

How is Tumble different from other gut supplements?

Most gut supplements focus on isolated ingredients. Tumble is designed as a coordinated formula, accounting for ingredient balance, interaction, absorption, and overall formulation structure - not just adding as many ingredients as possible.

What's inside Tumble?

Tumble contains live bacterial strains, prebiotic fibres, digestive enzymes, and targeted micronutrients - carefully selected to create a more complete daily formula.

How many bacterial CFU are inside Tumble?

Each daily serving contains 42 billion CFU of live cultures. To maintain potency throughout shelf life, the formula is manufactured above this level to account for natural decline over time.

Why is formualtion so important?

Ingredients don’t work in isolation. Dose, balance, interaction, and absorption all matter. Certain ingredients can affect how others are absorbed or utilised, which is rarely considered when taking multiple individual supplements separately.

How do I take it?

Bottom line: take two capsules every single day. Ideally take Tumble with food, as the body generally absorbs many nutrients better this way, although our acid-resistant strains do not strictly require it. Consistency matters far more than perfect timing.

When should I take it?

Any time is fine. Many people find building it into a meal routine helps consistency in results. Some customers report preferring it earlier in the day as part of their morning routine.

Can I take it with other supplements?

Yes. However, Tumble is designed to reduce the need for stacking multiple supplements together, as many key areas are already considered within the formula.

How long does it take to work?

Some people notice changes quickly, but most benefits build gradually through consistent daily use over several weeks. We generally recommend allowing at least three months of consistent use before properly assessing results.

What is the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee?

We do advise 3 months of using Tumble before making a full assessment, but If you don't feel Tumble is adding value to your life, for any reason, you can have your money back.

Simply return it to us within 30 days of your first order for a full refund. We work incredibly hard to make something effective, and it isn't cheap to make. We don't charge cheap prices as such. So, you shouldn't have to pay if it doesn't work for you.

Please see our 'Returns & Other Policies' for the full terms.

Side effects?

Most of what people notice is positive changes.
However, some people will have side effects.

Bright wee:
Totally harmless and very common with vitamin B2 supplementation. You may have noticed the same effect with high-strength vitamin products such as Berocca. Vitamin B2 is water-soluble, so any excess naturally leaves the body once absorbed.
Vitamin B2 contrinutes to your: Energy, nervous system function, blood, psychological function, skin - and more.

Mild bloating or digestive changes:
No cause for concern, simply halve your dose until it settles if needed. Our formula is potent and extensive, it may take your body some time to adjust to our live bacteria, fibres, enzymes and micronutrients.

Why include digestive enzymes?

Digestive enzymes are naturally found throughout the body and in many foods. We included them as part of Tumble’s broader multi-layer approach to creating a more extensive and complete daily formula.

Why include prebiotics?

Prebiotics are forms of fibre commonly associated with gut-focused nutrition. Alongside supplementation, we always encourage a varied, fibre-rich diet and healthy lifestyle overall.

Why include vitamins and minerals?

Certain micronutrients contribute to normal functions including metabolism, immune function, and maintenance of mucosal tissues (e.g. gut lining mucosa). We believe gut health is often oversimplified, so Tumble takes a broader, more comprehensive approach.

Who is Tumble suitable for?

Suitable for adults and most dietary preferences. Always check the ingredient list if you have specific requirements, or feel free to contact Team Tumble with any questions.

Is Tumble vegetarian or vegan?

No. Some live bacteria used within the formula are animal-derived. This decision was made during sourcing to prioritise ingredient quality and formulation standards. However, we are actively working towards a fully vegan formula once equivalent ingredient quality can be guaranteed.

Do I need to keep Tumble in the fridge?

Nope! Tumble is designed to remain stable at room temperature when stored correctly. The frosted amber glass helps protect against UV exposure, while the airtight jar helps limit oxygen exposure - making it easy to keep at home, work, or while travelling.

Why not take loads of seperate supplements?

Taking multiple separate supplements can lead to overlap, imbalance, and poorly considered dosing. Tumble is designed as one coordinated system, accounting for formulation structure, ingredient interaction, and overall simplicity.

Potential Adjustment Effects:

Most of what you will notice are positive changes to your metabolism, immune system, energy, skin and overall wellbeing.
So don't panic if your body goes through an adjustment period as it adapts to our formulation.

Bright yellow wee: Totally harmless and normal for many, happens for the same reason as Berocca. This is due to our high vitamin B2 (riboflavin) content. Like all B vitamins, any excess is naturally excreted once your body has absorbed what it needs.

Digestive changes/bloating: No cause for concern. Our formula is potent and comprehensive — your body may take time to adjust to our live cultures, fibres, enzymes and micronutrients. Reducing your dose temporarily may help.

Mild digestive sensitivity: Some individuals may experience mild discomfort when first starting. This typically resolves quickly. Simply halve your dose until you have adjusted.Changes in digestive patterns: Temporary changes in frequency or consistency can occur as your system adapts.
