SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains how ATLAS NUTRITION LTD trading as “Tumble” (“we”, “us” or “our”) processes and delivers orders within the United Kingdom. This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service and Refund & Returns Policy.
DELIVERY TERRITORY
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the UK will not be accepted.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within one working day of successful payment authorisation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Dispatch confirmation does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Standard UK delivery is estimated at approximately 48–72 hours from dispatch. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by courier networks, adverse weather, peak seasonal demand, public holidays, industrial action, or other events beyond our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle customers to cancellation, compensation or refund once an order has been dispatched, subject to your statutory rights.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping is provided free of charge for the vast majority of orders delivered within the United Kingdom.
In almost all cases, customers will not be charged separately for standard delivery. Where free shipping applies, this will be clearly indicated at checkout prior to payment.
In limited circumstances, including but not limited to remote delivery locations, exceptional courier surcharges, promotional changes or future pricing adjustments, a shipping charge may apply. Any applicable charge will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
We do not apply hidden shipping fees. The total amount payable, including any delivery charges, will always be shown before you confirm your purchase.
FULFILMENT
Orders are fulfilled using third-party fulfilment services. Once dispatched, delivery is carried out by independent courier providers. While we remain responsible for supplying the goods to you in accordance with applicable law, we do not control courier operations.
ADDRESS ACCURACY AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for delays, losses or additional charges arising from incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information supplied by you.
Where an order is returned to us due to address error, refusal of delivery or failure to collect from a designated collection point, we reserve the right to deduct the original delivery cost and any return fees incurred from any refund issued.
RISK AND DELIVERY
Under UK consumer law, goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession or that of a person identified by you to receive them.
Where tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided at checkout, responsibility passes to you. We are not responsible for parcels reported as lost, stolen or misplaced after confirmed delivery, unless there is evidence of courier error.
LOST, DELAYED OR DISPUTED DELIVERIES
If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier.
If tracking confirms delivery but you report non-receipt, we may require additional information, including a signed declaration, before progressing any claim. We reserve the right to decline replacement or refund where reliable proof of delivery has been provided by the courier and no delivery error is identified.
False claims of non-delivery may be reported to the relevant payment provider and authorities.
ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION
Orders are processed promptly. While we will attempt to accommodate requests to amend or cancel an order prior to dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfilment.
If an order has already been dispatched, cancellation must be handled in accordance with your statutory cancellation rights and our Refund & Returns Policy.
FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
If delivery is attempted and refused without valid reason, or if you fail to collect a parcel from a designated collection point, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct any delivery and return charges incurred before issuing a refund.
