PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

When you select a subscription purchase option, you are entering into a recurring billing arrangement for automatic delivery of the selected product at the frequency chosen at checkout. By completing your purchase, you authorise ATLAS NUTRITION LTD trading as “Tumble” to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with the subscription frequency selected.

The first payment is taken at the time of purchase. Subsequent payments are charged automatically on the same calendar date each month (or other selected frequency) unless you cancel before your next billing date. Your subscription will continue to renew automatically until cancelled.

Payment details are processed securely through our payment providers and stored in accordance with their security standards. You will be charged for each recurring delivery unless you cancel prior to the applicable billing date.

You may cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your customer account portal or via the link provided in your order confirmation emails. Cancellation requests must be completed before the next billing date to prevent the next recurring charge. If a renewal payment has already been successfully processed, that order cannot be cancelled and will be dispatched in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Cancellation will apply to future billing cycles only.

If a recurring payment attempt fails, the order will not be dispatched. Our payment system may retry the payment. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions where payment cannot be successfully collected.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to your first subscription order only. Subsequent recurring deliveries are not eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee unless the product is faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to recurring charges in accordance with this policy.
