Superb quality

It’s all really good quality, from the packaging to clearly whats in it.
I’ve stopped taking a bunch of things now and think I probably didn’t have the cleanest vitamins as they were all off amazon.

Really impressed with it, not cheap stuff I'm used to, probably about the same price as all the other stuff I was taking before though.

Noticed a real difference from food

I react badly to a lot of what I eat and have definitely noticed a difference already. Seem to feel quite a lot better overall in myself.

Energy!!

I cannot believe the change in my energy throughout the day, especially after lunch when my brain normally decided it’s bed time. Packaging is really nice and it’s clearly well thought through.
Only on my 3rd month at the moment, but still noticing new changes. Feel good.

Food is much easier on me

I have trouble metabolising a lot of the food I eat and have tried every jab and pill out there, really happy with these, only on my 5th month at the moment but have found things are really much more settled and the journey is going well.

For my husband

I got these for my husband as he does not have the best diet or lifestyle.
He seems to be in better spirit, his skin is looking clearer lately, and overall seems more like himself.

Very happy it made a difference to his happiness, skin and feeling more like himself.

Tumble bacteria review

This is my 5th month using Tumble and the difference has been very noticeable.
It took a couple of months before things became quite obvious, I also feel like my immune system is doing what it should.
I’m less tired and just generally feel like my body is handling things much more manageably.

I tried keto, paleo, vegan, carnivore etc and was always overthinking food. Now I just eat a generally healthy diet and don’t worry about it as much.
I can’t thank you enough for this. Subscribed monthly for myself and my partner.

Live cultures are naturally found in the gut, where they form our microbiome - a complex ecosystem that even outweighs our brain.
Traditionally, they have been consumed through fermented foods such as raw, unpasteurised milk, sauerkraut, kimchi and kefir.

Descriptions relate to general microbiological characteristics of the species.

Lactobacillus acidophilus

A well-known lactic acid bacterium adapted to survive acidic conditions.
Naturally present in the small intestine, where it produces organic acids within the gut environment.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions? Check our FAQs

Is Tumble a probiotic?

Tumble contains live cultures, so it could be considered a probiotic. It also includes fibres such as inulin and fructooligosaccharides (FOS), which are often referred to as prebiotics. However, we refrain from using this term, we describe Tumble as a food supplement, in line with current UK guidance on how these products are presented.

How do I know if Tumble is right for me?

Tumble is for those who want to support everyday metabolism¹ and build a consistent, simple routine. From maintaining energy² and immune function³ to supporting normal psychological function⁴ and skin health⁵, it brings together multiple elements in one place - reducing the amount of supplements you need to take, all interactions and absorbtions are accounted for within our formula.

It also includes nutrients that contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress⁶, as part of a more complete approach to supplementation and general wellness.

How do I take Tumble - and does it need to be with food?

Take two capsules daily.
For best results, take them at least 20 minutes before or after drinking hot liquids, as high temperature liquids can affect live cultures.

Food: Ideally taken with food, but it’s not essential. You’ll still benefit if taken on an empty stomach as our formula accounts for all circumstances. Consistency matters far more than timing — it’s better to take Tumble every day than to wait for the “perfect” moment.

Timing
: Any time, day or night. However, most customers say taking Tumble earlier in the day really helps with tackling afternoon fatigue.

Bottom line: Take your Tumble daily. Consistency beats perfection, every time.

How long will it take for Tumble to work?

The first thing some people notice is a change in energy, often relatively quickly. Tumble’s other benefits may be a little more gradual.

There’s no single timeline, as everyone adapts differently to the formula. What we do know is that consistency wins. We recommend taking Tumble for at least 90 days, with the vast majority of people noticing a meaningful difference within that time - most then choose to continue daily to maintain that feeling.

The British Society of Gastroenterology recommends a minimum of three months when trying a new bacterial product.

What if i don't want to take 2 capsules a day?

One capsule is only a fraction as good as two — not half as good.

It simply wasn’t possible to fit the full formulation into a single capsule. Even two was an enormous challenge.
Only a two-capsule serving allows the formulation’s benefits to be delivered as intended.

Tumble is one of only a few capsules in the UK successfully combining live cultures, enzymes, fibres, and micronutrients in one formula. We aren't suprised, fitting everything in while maintaining stability is no small task, particularly as enzymes and live cultures are difficult to keep shelf stable when combined.

Don’t like swallowing capsules?

Simply twist open the capsules and sprinkle onto (cold) food or into a drink.

How does the 30 Day Money back Guarantee work?

We stand behind what we make, the formulation, and science that has gone into it. We don't feel right taking your money if you don't feel Tumble is adding value to your life.

If for any reason you decide Tumble isn't working for you within 30 days of your first order, return it for a full refund.

Can I take other supplements with Tumble?

Yes, you can. Tumble simply reduces the amount of supplements you take. We would also recommend omega-3 (with a high EPA & DHA content) to most people in the UK, unless you eat (oily) fish 3+ times per week. It wasn't possible to build this into Tumble.

Why can taking less supplements be better?

When you take several supplements together, you’re effectively doing your own formulation — mixing ingredients without knowing how they interact. It’s bathroom chemistry, and the results tend to reflect that. Tumble means you need to take less supplements, some people only take Tumble.

Unless you’re a chemist, it quickly becomes guesswork. Ingredients don’t just sit side by side - they interact. Some compete for absorption, some influence each other, and bacterial strains can even suppress each other if poorly balanced with other ingredients.

That’s why real formulation relies on clinical research, academic data, and context. The decision to include an ingredient - and how much of it - is the result of weeks of careful consideration by experienced professionals, not simply adding things that sound beneficial in isolation.

You’re also relying on multiple manufacturers, each with different sourcing, quality standards, and levels of lab testing - increasing the risk of poor quality and impurities.
Tumble exists as a response to that. We only make one thing.

Everything is built as one considered system - with ingredients selected, combined, and dosed to work together, not just sit alongside each other.

Potential Adjustment Effects:

Most of what you will notice are positive changes to your metabolism, immune system, energy, skin and overall wellbeing.
So don't panic if your body goes through an adjustment period as it adapts to our formulation.

Bright yellow wee: Totally harmless and normal for many, happens for the same reason as Berocca. This is due to our high vitamin B2 (riboflavin) content. Like all B vitamins, any excess is naturally excreted once your body has absorbed what it needs.

Digestive changes/bloating: No cause for concern. Our formula is potent and comprehensive — your body may take time to adjust to our live cultures, fibres, enzymes and micronutrients. Reducing your dose temporarily may help.

Mild digestive sensitivity: Some individuals may experience mild discomfort when first starting. This typically resolves quickly. Simply halve your dose until you have adjusted.Changes in digestive patterns: Temporary changes in frequency or consistency can occur as your system adapts.
